How long does delivery take?

Typically 8 to 12 business days. Orders go to our fulfilment network within one business day, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. Those dates are estimates, not guarantees — carrier handling is not something we control.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Free on every order, worldwide, with tracking. There is no minimum and no paid upgrade.

Will I owe customs or import duty?

Possibly, if you are outside the United States. Any duty or import tax your country charges is collected by them, not by us, and it is not included in the price you pay here. We cannot tell you the amount in advance because it depends on where you are.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened and sealed. Skincare and fragrance cannot be resold once they have been opened, so an opened balm or a used dropper bottle cannot come back — that is a hygiene rule, not a technicality we are hiding behind. Email zorevhousing@gmail.com and we will start the return and send a label. If something arrives damaged or leaking, tell us and send a photo; that one is on us whether it is opened or not.

Does the pheromone oil actually attract people?

We have no idea, and neither does anyone who can prove it. GODA markets it as a pheromone-infused perfume oil and we list it the way they describe it. What we will stand behind is what it is: a 15 ml perfume oil, worn from a dropper, that sits close to the skin instead of flashing off the top the way an alcohol spray does. Buy it because you like how it smells. Anything past that is not a promise we are making.

Is the balm safe for my skin?

It is a moisturising balm in stick form, and Hoygi lists it for plumping, line care, age-defying and moisturising — those are their claims, not ours, and we are not going to dress them up. Patch test on the inner forearm before first use if your skin runs sensitive, and if you have a skin condition or you are pregnant, ask a doctor rather than a shop. Keep it below 25°C; it softens in a hot car.

Whose reviews are on the site?

Nobody's yet. ZOREV is new, no ZOREV order has been reviewed, and the review section says so instead of borrowing someone else's words. We do not write reviews, buy them, or copy them off another listing.

Do you make these products?

No. GODA makes the oil, Hoygi makes the balm, both in China, and both product pages say so. We pick them, shoot them, write the listings and answer for them.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted checkout and we never see or store your card details.
