Shipping & Delivery

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order — worldwide, no minimum, no paid upgrade. One rate, and it is zero.

Where we ship

Worldwide. Orders leave through our fulfilment network and arrive with tracking wherever you are.

How long it takes

Typically 8 to 12 business days from order to doorstep. Your order goes to the fulfilment network within one business day of being placed, and the rest is transit and customs.

Those are estimates based on how these routes normally run — not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs inspections are outside our control, and we would rather give you an honest range than a number we cannot hold.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If the tracking has not moved in five business days, email us and we will chase it.

Customs and import duty

If you are outside the United States, your country may charge import duty or tax on the parcel. That is collected by them, not by us, and it is not included in the price at checkout. We cannot quote it in advance because it depends on your country and its thresholds.

If it does not arrive

If a parcel is lost in transit or the tracking dies, we replace it or refund it — your choice. Email zorevhousing@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns

30 days from delivery, unopened and sealed. Opened skincare and fragrance cannot be resold, so those cannot come back — but anything that arrives damaged or leaking we sort out regardless. Full details are on the FAQ.
